From 2010 to 2011 he starred as Ryan Katins on the series Gigantic. Ellis starred on the soap opera Days of Our Lives as Agent Spencer in 2012. In 2013 he starred as Trevor Wilcox on the television series Touch. Ellis has won Behind the Voice Actors Awards for Batman: Assault on Arkham and Dragon Age: Inquisition in 2015.
