Lesure starred as Griffin Bell in the series Lipstick Jungle from 2008 to 2009. In 2011 he starred as Alonzo in the television series Mr. Sunshine and from 2012 to 2014 he starred as Gibbs in the TV series Men at Work. From 2014 to 2015 Lesure starred as Alex McBride in the series Blue Bloods and in 2016 he starred as Will in the series Uncle Buck. Lesure was nominated for a NAMIC Vision Award for Best Performance – Comedy for Men at Work in 2014.
