He has since set multiple records, including capturing the largest hog in Texas, twice. His family is the subject of the A&E reality series, “American Hoggers”. The show follows Jerry Campbell and his children as they hunt hogs in central Texas, an area where there has been an explosion of hogs, and the animals are now creating issues for local livestock and vegetation. He has been injured on numerous occasions over the years, and has plans to retire fairly soon. He is attempting to train his children in his style of hunting, but they have their own ideas.
