She lives with her family at Roloff Farms near Portland, Oregon. She has been featured in nearly 200 episodes of Little People, Big World since 2006. In 2012 she was featured in the spin-off series Little People, Big World: Wedding Farm. Molly also appeared twice on The Oprah Winfrey Show. She started studying at Whitworth University in 2012 after graduating in the top of her high school class.
