In addition to building treehouses with his company Nelson Treehouse and Supply, he also runs Treehouse Point, a retreat where people can live in his treehouses for short periods of time. He is most widely recognized as the subject of the reality series, “Treehouse Masters”, on Animal Planet, which began airing in May of 2013. The show follows Pete and his team of builders, as they execute the construction of some of the most elaborate treehouse designs ever.
