In 2001, he became the President and General Manager of Fox Sports Interactive Media, and then took over the position of President for all of Fox’s Interactive Media platforms in 2005. He launched his own digital media and communications group, called Velocity Interactive Group, in late 2007. The company, which is also run by Jonathan Miller and Kayur Patel, invests in a wide variety of media and technology concerns worldwide. He served as Head of Global Media, among other positions, for Yahoo! beginning in 2010, and served as CEO from May 2012 to July 2012.
