She is also a model on the game show, “Deal or No Deal”. She became engaged to tennis player, Mardy Fish, in 2007, and the pair was married in the fall of 2008. Ms. Gardner hopes to someday combine her modeling and legal background into a reality television show where contestants are required to act as defense counsel and prosecutors, and to argue a case through to completion.
